Fast & Effective Concrete Lifting & Leveling

Concrete used for walkways and driveways looks great when it's new but over time the concrete slab will eventually start to shift as the ground does. The result can look disastrous and can create dangerous tripping hazards. This far cry from the originally smooth concrete often leads to frustration. If this experience sounds familiar with your home know that you’re not alone and that you are in the right place! Our experienced concrete leveling crews have years of knowledge and experience when it comes to the application of a revolutionary product called PolyLevel®. This expanding polymer foam is capable of lifting, leveling and stabilizing concrete slabs with ease. PolyLevel® only takes about 15 minutes to dry and the product is environmentally friendly. I had a home built in 2010 and have been noticing signs of possible foundations issues over the years. Over the last few years the doors have needed shimmed to fit and one door in the basement will need to be removed for a fix. The drywall is exhibiting some cracks in doorways and one arch. I am wanting to find out if this is a foundation issue and if so, my options for repair. I have not noticed any water leaking issues in the finished basement, but I can not see due to the finishes. There also seems to be a hump in the basement floor but I have not removed the carpet to inspect further.

I am finishing my basement and have had small amounts of seepage before during big rain storms prompting me to waterproof my walls from the inside and consider dricore subfloor so that little bit of water could dissipate if it did still happen. During the most previous flash flood type rainstorm there was quite a bit more (which I at first thought was coming up from the ground slab until I noticed the insulation was wet that I installed in front of xps foamular). I followed the moisture and found the water was coming in near the ceiling joists where the basement foundation meets the top floor. I am looking for an estimate as to the cost of coming in with a mini excavator (thru 4 ft fence gate) to dig to the footings and waterproof from the outside. There is 1 wall that is about 10 or 11 feet long and the other is 26 ft (2 walls total as the other long was is interior on the split level home). Thank you for your time.
